Did anybody watch Hunted on Channel 4 tonight? The most depressing hour of TV I've seen in years.
That pack of wolves were just vile, especially that sadistic redhead who was revelling in all the persecution.

It's like Nazi Germany over there. I'd be out of Russia like a shot if it was me, but then that's probably what the Russian's would want and then they'd find something else to blame all their problems on!

It makes my blood boil. I have made many gay friends recently and they are the nicest friends I've ever had. The whole attitude that Russia holds against LGBT people just makes me sick to my stomach.
The guy at the end who was "anti tolerance" and hunting down gay rights activists made me want to scream. To think they're going to be lording it with the Winter Olympics from Friday makes me feel ill. In parts of that documentary you could easily have been watching scenes from Nazi Germany

Just goes to show what a corrupt and backward society Russia really is. This has really put me off watching the Olympics, which I think I will give a miss.

Canada have definitely had the best response to it all.

That's fantastic. though I'd say "the whole wide world has always been a little gay".

Just watching the ice skating replay on the red button. Is Russia actually serious? Are they aware of how homosexual the Winter Olympics are? I'm watching men flounce about in shiney shirts. I mean it's not just that video above, there's tonnes of gayness to be had. And yet Russia went for these and not the less gay summer games!

Some people are boycotting these games but I shall happily watch every gay second of it, especially the opening ceremony which will no doubt be full of pitifully obviously camp moments that will just fly right over the idiot Russian population's heads.

That documentary last night confirmed what a total none-state that toilet of a nation is. I've never felt so superior to another population as I did watching that. So many people featured genuinely deserved to die - the repugnant wench with the died red hair instantly springs to mind.

Feral scum.

I normally can't stand HuffPost, but this amused me from their coverage of the opening ceremony...

Appropriate really that one of the Olympic Rings failed to open during the opening ceremony given that Russia doesn't represent the Olympic values.

I love curling so much. I don't know why I find it so exciting but I remember staying up till 3am or something four years ago to watch it live in my uni halls from Canada.

Whaaaat the hell? How is that allowed to happen at Copenhagen zoo? Is this regular practice? It's disgusting.

Yes they did. With offers from numerous other zoos & wildlife parks to re-home it.

Thoroughly enjoyed the uber gay montage of Evgeni Plushenko on BBC2 just then featuring Filthy/Gorgeous and I Am What I Am! Also a clip of him flailing around Dima at Eurovision.

Me too! I was shouting at Claire to show a Eurovision clip, even if it had to have Diva Bilious in it...

I've just signed up to BT Broadband and phone package - why do I feel like I've sold my soul to the devil?

Me too!!

I got a phone call on Monday about it, saying they were having the Manchester auditions tomorrow, but I have to go to a work meeting in Scotland and leave at 6am tomorrow so no way I could make it.

I did originally apply for "Who Dare's Wins" but they said they had enough people for that, so would I like to try "Perfection", shame it was such short notice
