![]() On the plus side based on tonight's performance, Brazil don't look like they're going deep in this tournament.

I always support Iran in these sort of things, just for the hell of it. I love how conspicuous they are in their presence.
Other than that, Italy or Belgium for me. |

All the better for Germany to come in and take the win.
![]() Tonight should be good - replay of the final from 4 years ago and I get to channel some underdog love for the Socceroos!

On a similarly weird DS note, I went to go offline and then came back online because I forgot to check my emails and wanted another quick browse of the forums. Firefox decided to update itself and now the bold font on thread titles and usernames is chunkier?

Pauline is mentally deranged, she's even more unhinged than Crazy Eyes and that's saying something! Quote:

Chile will fancy their chances of getting out that group now. I just don't want LVG getting Man United playing like that next season, I was enjoying their downfall...

How exciting would it be if Spain didn't even qualify from their group?

I'm playing the office scores prediction game - 3pts for correct score, 1pt for correct result. I predicted 0-0. So no points for me, but I'm fairly certain no-one predicted 1-5! So that's some consolation.

Should've taken Ashley Cole, they were running rings around Baines at times. Can't complain too much, we did actually look exciting in attack, although Rooney needs to be sent packing - 3 World Cups 0 goals, even Sol Campbell has scored more at a World Cup ffs!
![]() Pirlo was class though.

![]() #prayforJAPAN Not too fussed either way, but it'd make a nice change for Ivory Coast to actually do something at a World Cup.

I could have sworn that guy who came on as an England sub towards the end was Ell from Azerbaijan 2011!

I can't wait until euro 2016 when hopefully we will have finally got rid of the remaining 'golden generation' failures of Gerrard, Rooney & Lampard.
Barkley, Sterling, Wilshere and others have the natural talent that England need. |
