Did get to see the JGP in the end. Had to watch it on the iplayer as Sky decided to pull all the replays, which is fair enough given the circumstances and it was really weird watching those last laps and the commentary confusion, because they were all talking about Sutil when I knew with hindsight and the graphics showed different that Jules had gone off somewhere too and that Adrian was fine. It was better in a way I guess, because it didn't need to be seen in any way to know it was serious and I'm glad they didn't show any footage of the accident.
Having said that people have been plastering the live amateur video footage all over facebook, and yes I have watched it and yes quite frankly it's a miracle and a testament to how far F1 safety has come along that he even survived at all and that nobody else was hurt either. He's currently critical but stable according to the reports from today, crossing everything that he pulls through! |

Its horrible isn't it, I cannot believe he has survived this far, but I am begging and praying that he pulls through and at least get back to being Jules, forgetting racing, this is a young man's life. The video is horrendous, and just shows how unfortunate the whole event was from the position of the truck, to the height of the clearance it sits from the ground.
I really hope this can have a turnout like Burti or Massa, but anything would be amazing, he has such a bright future in the Ferrari team and he has shown his brilliance so far. |

Can't believe Blonde Electra where booted out they where entertaining, some absolute stinkers got through with ease as well, if it was a straight single elimination then Odious Generation would have gone.
Now its going to be the same every week with uptempo song being slowed down and judges praising them telling them they put a twist on the song |

What's the betting we'll have Blonde Electra thrown around as a name to represent us in Eurovision next year?

So....you can see me on BBC1 next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with Nick Knowles on Perfection...! It was filmed in Glasgow in March, seems like ages ago now.
I'm just hoping they edit out the bit where Nick asks me about being a eurovision geek! I'm going to be away in Croatia next week too, so won't see it live! Would defo recommend a TV quiz show though, met some brilliant people and had such a great laugh. |

Ha, cheers guys, I'm kinda glad I'm not going to be there to see it live, however I don't like the idea that everyone else will see it first!
In my defence, your mind really does go blank under the studio lights and sounds, I always used to not believe people when they said that but its true! Greetings from Croatia anyway, it is delightful, though I did underestimate the amount of suncream I should put on my face...After only 5 hours outside! #pink |

Is anyone else getting annoyed by Alison on Strictly? I liked her in the first few weeks but her constant overenthusiasm is really starting to grate on me. And it looks like she's going down the Lisa Riley path of being massively overmarked every week because she's "bubbly". On a purely technical level she's down there with Tim and Judy.

I could do without the hooting and hollering when she gets her scores.

She should still last longer than Judy, Tim and Scott however. Shocked Judy keeps getting saved to be honest |

I like Alison she's always a game lass. I love Judy outside of SCD, but my god it's like pulling teeth watching her dance. Anton would get more movement out of a corpse!

![]() Even with the slowed down obsession X Factor has got this year, she's still drowned out by the music. Without Blonde Electra, it's all about Fleur for me now.

Steph is dreadful
Probably the worst singer of the non-joke acts (it's between her and Jake). The standard is soooo much better than last year though, nearly all of them have something going for them. Ben, Chloe, Fleur and Only the Young are my favourites. Andrea has an incredible voice but he reminds me too much of someone I know who I don't particularly like And Stevi needs to go, even by joke act standards he's just laughably bad.

Stephanie's voice is lovely. She needs better song choices.
I fully expect she'll be first out tonight so then it'll be team Only The Young for me.

Steph has shown to be much better in a band like on bgt, I just don't think she is strong enough as a solo artist.
Chole continues to annoy me, I guarantee she will be singing Nancy Sinatra Bang Bang in a few weeks, and she is going to be appearing on yet another reality tv show in the next few weeks, 3 in a year! Desperate! Only the young are brilliant, although Come on Eileen was a dreadful song choice. Love Fleur and Ben though think Fleur may be a shock week 5 elimination. And Andrea!!!! Love him! He is like a little Marco Mengoni! Would love to hear him sing in Italian! |
