Is it just me or was there something vaguely Herreys about Take That's performance on The X Factor (and I don't just mean the fact that there's three of them which is very weird)?

Think they got the short straw with that one. |

I didn't like her but I loved Denise Van Outen's Charleston.

Matt Baker and Abbey Clancey are another two that did fantastic Charlestons imo. I agree Denise's was pretty special as well. Charleston is easily my favourite dance when it's done well, and Caroline's was right up there with the best of them. Dance of the series so far for me.

Thank god octogroup are gone. Lauren was incredible in the sing off. What is Mel on?
Union J really showed them up for how mince they are |

Union J really showed them up for how mince they are And yes so much better than octogroup. Lauren still annoys me though, the best 3 were the 3 that were through straight away. |

I was really impressed with how good Union J sounded, so much better vocally than many other boybands, yes One Direction I mean you!

They really deserve a lot of success. They should go for the Westlife market rather than one Direction. Vocally they are very very good
Although the teeny bopper route isn't much better. If only Lauren had've been singing like that all the time, blew the Octogroup out the water. I like Mel, but clearly she was on another planet tonight. Fleur is the saviour of this series really - Lauren's a bit weak, Andrea just gurns and sneers through the Diva ballad archives and Ben has an awful straining growl to his voice that I can't stand. |

Union J might be even duller than Westlife and Boyzone were back in the day. Tough call.
Lauren absolutely slayed the sing off. Good for her. |

I really want Fleur to win. Her voice isn't all that different to Alexandra Burke's but I think she's a much better performer. I was convinced Andrea was going to walk it but really when you've heard it once you've heard it all with him. Ben does have a great voice but I find him incredibly forgettable. I do like Lauren but I'd rather see her come second to Fleur.

I know Mark and Karen were better but I'd still have voted to save Sunetra.

I must've been watching something else, circus Charleston didn't work for me. Better than Jake's Greek tragedy for sure, but the fusion dances are so last weeks news.

Caroline was incredible! I think Jake and Mark have reached their peak and should be in the DO.

Loved Jake tonight! Caroline was the best.
I hope Mark doesn't go as that was the first time i've enjoyed watching him. Frankie and Pixie both very poor by their own standards. |

I still have my irrational dislike of Team Trixie, can't bear either of them, and like Saturn said, Frankie also relatively poor tonight, would like to see them both in the dance off.
Do we think Simon and Kristina are dancing horizontally as well as vertically? |

Caroline was head and shoulders above everyone else again tonight, she's definitely peaking at exactly the right time. And please can we get rid of Jake, he's been massively overmarked every week ever since he did that salsa everyone seemed to love.

Do we think Simon and Kristina are dancing horizontally as well as vertically? Frankie I have really warmed too this series, her Paso,Tango and Foxtrot were just amazing. And she puts personality into it, something I dont get from Pixie. Mark and Jake bottom 2 for me, but Simon could be in trouble being in the bottom 2 twice. And with regards to X factor....Fleur just was amazing on that song!!!!!!! One of the best x factor performances ever! |

I've always had a love/hate thing with Pixie going on. I like some of her tunes, but I find her irritating as a person. As a full on Saturdays loon, Frankie can do no wrong for me. Caroline to win though, she's been a revelation. Quote:
