My horrid neighbour is popping round tonight to drop of her pet tortoise that she'd like me to babysit while she's away this weekend.

She can throw him over the back fence if she comes any later than half seven - I'm not indulging her f**kery tonight.

Love the idea of a tortoise being jettisoned over a fence

Anyway we can all breathe - friend has hired a car for Saturday, in her words "I would never forgive myself if you missed your Eurovision night"

I'm beginning to think that people think I'm a little dotty ...

I checked on the planner and Heat, Viva and 4Music are all showing Eurovision warm up shows on Saturday afternoon

i missed the first have of the champions league final. i'm watching it now with my mum. my mum is italian, some of you may know she also has alzheimers/dementia. when juventus scored just now, i turned to my mum and said 'oh look mum, juve scored a goal juve! juve!' and she just said back to me 'juve!'
