Very, very biased commentary from the BBC during the swimming.

Well obviously as Sun is a known drug cheat.

That's one type of bias that I don't really care about. Does he deserve to be treated fairly when he hasn't been fair himself? Hopefully they will speak about Yulia Efimova in the same way.

I watched the ladies road race cycling earlier and there was shocking accident involving a dutch racer.. i had not heard any news about her condition and just had a look on the internet.. one comment I read said she is conscious and communicating.. but, serious back and head injuries are also mentioned.. i really hope that she will make a full recovery..

She suffered a concussion and 3 small fractures in her back, she was in shock (obviously after that!) But was responsive and talking according to Dutch journos and Dutch TV. They have put her in intensive care overnight. Which sounds scary, but I think is mostly just precautionary as head injuries, you can think you're fine, but they can take a while to present themselves.

That's good. Very likely she and Mara would have held the lead all the way to the finish but it's all part of the sport...

Me too, but multivitaminly it wouldnt have made a difference, and even having someone like Dan Purvis I dont think would have been good enough to be a better top 3 option for the other events in the all around. Louis does have a much better chance of an individual medal though, hopefully being Max though!

I seem to have issues with British sportsmen called Louis/Lewis ☺️

But you're right, multivitaminly they couldn't have reached the bronze even if he'd stayed on

The gymnastics/diving was so nerve wracking. I know a lot don't like him but I was so happy for Tom.

6 rotations, 6 pieces of equipment and he was only doing the pommel cos he's good at it. He fell off. He literally had one job...

The British weather in Rio has worked in our favour today.

I hope they have decontamination units for the divers and water polo players, both pools are absolutely rank! It's like nuclear waste has leaked into the system.

Not really a fan of UK at Olympics (sorry) (Or US, Australia or China) but the gold in diving was shocking.

I remember China getting silver, but a bronze .
It probably happnes every now and then but not often.
