hey brummy, you feeling better?

your thoughts on this year's strictly? I love Lisa Riley and think that Louis Smith is an arrogant knob-jockey
I love Lisa, and have a soft spot for Victoria and Dani. Also really like Nicky and Jerry is just great. Bonkers but great.

Louis annoys me as does Denise

I'm getting there, thank you, although I've gone from Snotty Scotty to being one of those annoying barking cough people.

I haven't seen that much of Strictly so far but:

I love Lisa too. She has a very similar face to Rachel McAdams.
I don't mind Louis. He has very big hands. I'm glad that Flavia has got someone decent.
Gutted that Victoria got Brendan, I can't support her as much now as I can't stand him.
Can't stand Denise so glad she's with James.
Haven't made up my mind about Sid yet but I'll always love Ola (and she was perfect for Hips Don't Lie!)
Haven't seen Nicky dance yet but if they had to have someone from Westlife on, I'm glad it was the very good looking one.
I like Natalie more this year but something about Michael's face bugs me.
Shame about Aliona (my 2nd favourite of the girls) but I like Iveta so far.

I can't quite work out why Denise annoys me as well ... but she does!

PS: Saw you posting in the Masterchef Australia forum! I'm totally hooked on the show .. never really watched it before this series, but it's mindblowingly awesome. Someone slap Alice for me though

Happy birthday Phil.

Never gets old!

Jerry is fabulous, just such a shame that she got Anton, they should have retired him (along with Bruce) such a long long time ago ... Ian Waite would have been perfect alongside her!

Fern's ok, didn't think I liked her, but she's growing on me

Kimberley ... not so much

Sid's ok! He'll be one of my favourites to win along with Lisa and Dani

The hacking cough is something I can relate to, I've had such a strange week that I've not had a chance to be ill before now

My step daughter visited on Thursday from London, along with her new boyf, of whom we only had scant details. Should've realised why, when he pulled into our drive in his Bentley Continental GT. I had to do a mad rush to find matching crockery, and kicked myself hard for only making my (albeit legendary) lasagne for them

It's an early night for me tonight, I'll be up for the MotoGP at 6am from Japan, closely followed by the F1 from Korea at 7am!

It is the best show on tv by a mile. Really shows up our version. The judges are the best part!! I've been hooked since stumbling across it in series one

Alice is the most annoying person ever. I'm sure she said she's part Georgian!

I'm loving Andy, Ben, Beau, Amina and Kylie

That's pretty much who I like too, although would add Audra to that bunch - Amina is adorable and deserves to win

It's so completely different from the UK version - they all live together Big Brother stylee and the challenges are amazing, I watched them cook off against Jamie Oliver this afternoon

I love the slow pace of the eliminations, it must have been on for about 6 weeks now and there's still nearly 20 of them! I shed a tear when Sam and Andy were doing that restaurant elimination challenge in Tasmania and neither went home, really heartwarming stuff

Oh yeah I like Audra too. Was sad Davinder went over Andrew. His time must be soon.

Nicky, as Anne said, it's like a mixture of Masterchef, Big Brother and the Apprentice all in one.

The Mrs had just gone to bed so I'm watching Ola dancing tonight again The cushion came in handy earlier

I managed to smash a phone and a mirror tonight.

It's never a good mix to be drunk, Italian and scorned. My hands were waving like an air traffic controller on E.

I am officially in love with Lisa Riley!

Also, I've been saying this for years now but it really is time for them to get rid of Anton. People always complain when he gets the duffers, but all he's interested in is playing the class clown and having a laugh at the expense of his partners (when he's not saying racial slurs to them that is). I dread to think what would have happened if Lisa had got him instead of Robin.

Just placed a bet that Kye will be eliminated tonight on x factor, I'm probably stupid but oh well.

Awful day at work; 5 hours spent putting the phone down on people as I couldn't be a*sed.

Seriously hope Ryland, as tit-witch Tulisa calls him, gets booted out tonight as it'll mean their plan to make him into another Wagner, Chico et al has backfired

I think it will be him or Christopher. Don't care which, they were both awful. Gary's face would be a picture

love Melanie, she was great I think the bottom 2 will be Kye and D3 with D3 being saved because producers want another 1D.

If it is Kye and Christopher in the bottom two (I can but hope) I hope the producers leave all three overs until last then cut to a break. Gary's face would be a picture. I don't want Melanie to go, though.
