I really don't understand this Christopher getting through every week. I have yet to meet a person who likes him in the slightest. At least with the likes of Rylan, Jedward and Wagner they were fun and I understand how people vote for them.

Can just imagine him sitting voting hundreds of times for himself on a saturday night

That's what we were saying. I honestly don't know a single person that likes him.

As you say, I can understand the likes of Wagner, Jedward etc getting votes but he is just awful

I like Christopher surviving in the same way that I like Rylan surviving. I don't care but it makes people go all apoplectic. And then I get to use words like apoplectic.

I blame the teenage girls. If they'd taken their hands out of their knickers long enough to vote for the boy bands...which reminds me of one of my favourite Caitlin Moran tweets about girls not wasting their first...dip on Frankie Cocozza.

As long as that's the only thing that's been turned up.

I didn't know raw vegetables had knobs.

Wow, really showing my middle class background with that joke.

That's not the first crudités joke I've been involved in here, believe it or not.

Despite being pretty common, I got it the first time too!

Rare Corrie moment for this thread: Anthony Cotton is the most hysterically poor actor I have ever witnessed in my entire life! Never have so many serious scenes been so comically destroyed by this man. I can't tell if it's appalling that he's continued to be employed by them or a work of sheer comic genius.

You'd think he'd be able to play himself, wouldn't you?!

And back in the moment, so much ugh @ Sean and Jason.

Have you noticed how the theme tune to the British Soap Awards sounds so much like Send in the Clowns?! Says it all really.

To be fair, you don't have to be a good actor to be in a soap.

Check out half the wooden planks they employ in EastEnders.

It's fine. Everyone in the staffroom loves it so it gets talked about a lot anyway.

I'm guessing his is two of Ben, Beau and Andy? The wife is slightly in love with them all. Me, Kylie
