My view with BB housemates is that I'm not rooting for people I want as friends, but as people I want to watch.

Speidi would be nightmares to live with, but they make good TV.

I love how unrepentantly vile Speidi are.

This series needs it, though.

The rest are pretty characterless (I've wanted a series with a few oldies for a while now, and this shows why it can go so wrong)
To be fair, they've hardly had a chance to shine as Rylan and the terrible twosome have been hogging 90% of the screentime.

My sentiments exactly. It would be so dull without them

You can flip a coin between her and Tricia. Make it a double and get rid of the pair of them!

I thought Tricia would be good fun once she's had a few drinks, but apparently she isn't like her good friend Denise Welch in that respect!

It was funny when he read out all the numbers. There was basically silence for the two of them

Oh and I couldn't stand Denise. It was Twins all the way that year

Loved the twins (basically the same as Speidi- entertaining psychopath!)

Also had a soft spot for Michael Madsen purely because he was clearly only in it for the money and was very honest about that!

Yup they were my top 2.

As long as Speidi aren't up in a head to head they should be safe

Anyone watch Sun Sex and Suspicious Parents?

That guys holiday was a bit of a disaster
What I never get about that show is that they're perfectly aware they've got cameras following them around everywhere they go, and yet they're still shocked when their parents show up. What on earth do they think they're being filmed for??

The only thing wrong with the cold is the complete lack of snow to go with it - I wish the Nordic countries would stop hogging it all!

Have some of Norfolks! I can't believe that Norfolk is the coldest place in the UK, I don't think we've ever had that accolade before - I'll resist from saying it's cool

Of course working with the police means that it's just a nightmare at work, people just don't know how to drive in this weather and they'll often call saying that they're stuck somewhere or other - what do they expect the police to do? They drive cars too you know, we don't beam police officers direct to your location

I don't envy the police having to risk themselves mopping up stupid drivers in bad weather like this. I remember a case a couple of years ago when a police car crashed on ice on the way to help another car caught out by the same patch of ice.

Believe me, so do I Enough is enough!

Just as if this wasn't enough, tomorrow's supposed to be -19... Oh well.

It's -1 here today and I saw somebody walking around in shorts earlier (and they were clearly fashion shorts as opposed to excercise shorts)

Now, I have done some pretty sytupid things in the name of fashion but never have I wore shorts in the middle of January!

I believe they're told it's for a random made up show but I'm pretty sure they must all know.

Great tv anyway

Tonight's BB summed up why Speidi have to win. They are treating the show for what it is.......a game. It's funny watching them taking the piss

I can't believe BBC1 have cleared their schedules to air a half an hour news update on the fact it's snowed in January!

I posted this on another thread, but this shows how pathetically it's being treated.

http://youtu.be/AlainKhAChY

And they've just mentioned snow on BBC1 again.
