TBH he did come across as a bit.....slow.
And funnily enough I couldn't help but think about that show whilst we were in the park. ![]() |

I need to rant.
I've just been taken on the worst 'date' ever. I met this guy who I met on Plenty Of Fish at Cafe Nero and he didn't buy me anything, he was 24 and came across as a bit socially awkward. He took me to the park where we had small talk and didn't have much in common. About half an hour later I ask him if he is going to take me anywhere, he then says that he is going out later to meet up with a friend so I ask him 'What time is that?' and he asks me 'Well what time is it now?' I tell him the time and he responds with 'Oh I'm supposed to meet him in 5 minutes, I'll see you later then' and just walks off. Complete waste of time that was then, it's a No from me! ![]() Luckily I have another date with a guy on Monday and he's picking me up in a van, how exciting! ![]() I'm just surprised you allowed him to walk away without treating him to one of your famous Foxy strops. Your standards are slipping girl.![]()

I know I shouldn't, but I did laugh at that.

No luck. I had an outright on Cappa Bleu. If I had it as an each way I would have won £6.
![]() I do much better in my Eurovision bets.

I've never placed a bet in my life but we have this Grand National family tradition where we pick 5 horses each and then get points depending on their placing with any non finishers being -10. Amongst mine I picked Auroras Encore and Oscar Time...maybe I should put some money where my mouth is next year!

I live by Aintree Racecourse so I love Grand National day! We all stuck our heads out the patio doors trying to listen to Katherine Jenkins singing the national anthem but we couldn't hear over all the helicopters
! I managed to pick 3 non finishers in the race though |

Did anyone watch that show ' Off Their Rockers'?
I'm surprised how much I actually laughed out loud at it

I watched it expecting it to be dreadful and to turn off immediately but astonishingly it was really good! Could have done without the elderly dancing opening titles and the fart jokes but otherwise it was very good.

I can understand why a lot didn't like her but I'm appalled at the amount of people celebrating an old lady's death
![]() ![]() She was really disliked in Scotland, understandably, but people suggesting a party in George Square to celebrate her passing is just pathetic |

I find a lot of her politics loathsome, but it's simply poor taste and bad form to gloat about the death of an old woman. She's not the first politician to bitterly divide public opinion and she won't be the last, but I feel that the reaction of some today says as much about their overall character as it does the conduct of the woman they're deriding.

The way I see it, she's been out of 10 Downing Street for over twenty years - since then, she's suffered with illness and become a very frail old woman. To celebrate her passing in reference to her time as PM is to be a bit late to the party!

catching up on a couple of days here!
I was lucky enough to win money on the National! Had a few Each Way bets! And that included on Teaforthree and Oscar Time! So won £107.50 in total! Minus the £40 outlay...a £67.50 profit! So I was a happy boy!And regarding the whole Thatcher thing....I get that people hated her, and she divided opinion...but the fact that people are celebrating the death of an old woman who has been out of power of 23 years I find very disturbing. And that people compare her to Hitler, Mugabe and Sadam....they don't seem to realise that they were dictators, and say what you like about Thatcher...she won 3 terms in parliament democratically! So for all the people that hated her, enough voted! She did make some terrible decisions...but she did also make changes for the better than no other peacetime leader had before or has since...it is a balance. People seem to remember the Falklands...but forget the work she did in the Cold War. Anyway, I just find it disturbing, celebrating the death of a 87 year old woman from a stroke.. |

![]() ![]() They are quite good though cos you don't have to dress up or worry about appearances or anything. You can also get a list of the most common interview questions and have answers written down in front of you which will help. |

Oh and did you get the job?

Apparently Nicole Scherzinger may not be returning to the X Factor! Shame, she was the only one who was remotely entertaining last year.
