Something like that, I found a special offer on one sort, so gonna give it a go - but I will need to find another vice to replace smoking! Should I become a heavy drinker instead?
does drinking coffee at work, chocolate and diet irn bru count as vices? ![]() try this.. http://www.naturopathyworks.com/pages/cravings.php if you crave tobacco what you really need is silicon and tyrosine and these are the healthy foods that have it.. nuts, seeds; avoid refined starches; vitamin c supplements or orange, green and red fruits and vegetables |

For me it's the routine of smoking, and I hate my job so anything to leave the office for a couple of minutes is a blessing!

My university experience begins tomorrow and I'm getting into the spirit of things by sleeping on one of my best mates sofas tomorrow night, just so I can join everybody else in feeling & looking dreadful Tuesday morning. Got a "Tutor meeting" or something at 9.00AM on Tuesday.. I think they've scheduled it that early on purpose so they can see who makes it through the first few nights of Freshers.
I'm in private halls for my final year, just living with one of my friends its lovely. Was in uni halls in first year with 9 others though, hopefully not tempting fate with this place but its soooo much more quieter then uni halls in first year |

i don't drink or smoke.. cant think of any vices..
![]() I was always concerned about the reported weight gain, but now that I'm on steroids anyway and am contemplating signing up for a lookalike agency as Chiara, it seems the right time! |

Met two sets of my neighbours today.
First this afternoon when I was watching the football heard a knock on the door. Opened it and four 6 foot black dudes were standing there, my life flashed before my eyes haha but they just wanted to see if we had a hoover to borrow...which we didn't haha Then just before another knock on the door, this time another lad seeing if had a dustpan and shovel to borrow as he had just smashed a glass. This time I could be a helpful neighbour, he was quite fit too need to think of something I could borrow from him haha2. Better. You should ask if you can take a pic of him, and post it here so we can all see him

Pasta Pasta will store longer than flour if kept dry. Hermetically sealed in the absence of oxygen, plan on a storage life of 8 - 10 years at a stable temperature of 70 degrees F. Pasta should keep proportionately longer if stored at cooler temperatures. |

Are people ready for that? |
