Android Screen Off Timer

Hi all. Im using Jelly Bean on my Galaxy Tab 2. I like to watch TV Catchup on the tablet when in bed. It sits on my bedside table in a stand case.

What I would like to do is have a 'sleep timer' to be able to run on the tablet. I would want to be able to set a, say 30min timer, and once the 30 mins are over, the tvcatchup app will close and the screen will switch off.

I've been looking on the Play store, but can only find apps that are specific to stopping/starting certain apps.

Any ideas?

If that app stops the video player then after a minute the screen will go off by itself anyway.
