Depends on the thickness, nice thick ones from the butcher would be about 20 mins under the grill.

n the oven about 2 hrs on medium...after scoring and rubbing salt on skin!!!!

I twice cook it. I usually braise it and then finish it off under the grill or on the bbq.
Unless it is for a stew that is. |

I slow cook in a casarole dish with onions and carrot, it just falls to pieces, mmmmmmmm.

I braised it for two hours in a BBQ sauce, then finished it off under the grill. Delicious.
