Well we don't have to wait too long now. But what about the casting of darcey now she has been talking of her new role on the panel. Will she be any good? Bland? Bitchy? Annoying? Insightful? Professional? What do make of her and will she be a ten out of ten or a bussell over nothing?

I was pretty 'meh' about her to be honest - but I began to feel quite enthusiastic after seeing her dance with the other judges in the trailer, then after seeing her dance with the lovely Mr Waite I thought wowzer - I'd like to see more of that. She can certainly walk the walk ...
She was amazing at the closing ceremony of the Olympics. The Spice Girls reunion, Kate Bush pyramid, Take That performing as the flame went down and Darcey and her 200 ballerina phoenix's were the best parts.
I am actually glad that they have somebody there who knows about dance. Alesha was always pointless in my opinion
I thought Darcy looked elegantly stunning tonight and stood out from any of the other dresses on there or half dresses.
Considering that she was a world famous ballerina I think she will know more than any of the other judges about dance.
Her American Smooth was nice. A chance to show off those amazing legs of hers. The thing I like so far is how genuinely enthusiastic she seems to be about being on the panel, almost to the point of being overwhelmed.
I'm also getting very good chemistry between her and Craig Revel Horwood, who is my favourite judge.
In my opinion, she's more pre-eminent in the world of dance than the rest of the panel put together. But it's in an entirely different field, so that knocks her back down to being a tourist.
My main worry about her was that she'd be too stiff and uptight. But so far she's great, intelligent and fun.

At least she wont mangle the English language like Aleesha did and she also knows a lot more about dancing than Aleesha. Very promising.
