You can't tell it's supposed to be funny? It is. It's funny, and intentionally so. Some of the parody in the lyrics is no doubt lost on non-Koreans, but some of the visuals don't require a cultural context to be funny.

I hadn't heard this before i watched Saturday Night Live on Sunday where they featured in in a sketch and I listened to it properly just a few hours ago.
