I'm not really a fan of Coldplay, but I'd say this is their only really good album. The minimal approach just clicked and they'll probably never recapture that magic.

Yes, it's definitely in the Top 1000 albums ever made.

Just looked at Rate Your Music. They only have it at Number 115 for 2002, so it probably isn't in the Top 1000 albums of all time.
