So Apple has announced a new 5 generation iPod Touch that will be available in for the first time in 6 different colours black, silver, pink, yellow, blue and red which is an Apple store exclusive colour.

So which colour iPod Touch will you be buying?

I have set up a poll. So please vote.

I have not yet voted because I am unsure weather to buy either the blue or the black iPod Touch.

I like the blue one but I am unsure about the white front of it.

But I will deffenatly be buying a 64GB iPod Touch.

Here are some links for the new iPod Touch so you can see what the different colours look like.

I am still happy with my 4th gen. I bought a nexus 7 instead for a new toy to play with! But I think there's a much bigger improvement to the ipod touch than there is with the iphone! But all the attention is on the iphone of course.

Is it not now embarrassing owning an iPod touch?
Using common pro iPhone terms It is like admitting you can't afford an iPhone whilst feigning wanting one.

My colour is cloudy.

The iPod Touch range is very popular with kids and teens though. I guess that's what Apple were thinking with all the choice of attractive colours. There's also thousands of apps and games attractive to that age group readily available.

I don't want an iphone anymore! I'm happy with my HTC. But I'd still like access to the content I purchased on iTunes. Plus the problem with using an iphone to play games etc. is when you want to make a call you have no battery charge left. And as we all know one of the 'features' of the iphone is you can't just snap in a spare battery!

I have finally dicided that I am going to Pre-order a blue iPod Touch 64GB.

So I voted for blue.

I think that the blue back and white front look really good together.

And I have read on the Internet that Apple has said that the new iPod Touches will be released next month October.

But does anyone know the actual released date?
