First i thought WHAT, coz half of them i wouldnt have put them together, but the pairings which have be created seems interesting and intriuging, such a mixture

I like most of them but not that of Colin and Kristina. They look a complete mismatch height wise and don't know what they were thinking putting them together.

I agree, I think the final two pairings should've been switched around.

Agree. In fact as I was watching the announcement of the final two I was thinking surely they're going to match Colin with Erin. I was gobsmacked when they didn't.

Even i would of mixed that around but personality wise...... i think Erin/Rich will have a ball

Yep agreed about Colin and Kristina but you never know, i'll wait and judge again after their first dance.
My fave couple after seeing them paired is Dani and Vincent,,,and she looked great in the group dance.

My thoughts exactly! I know Erin definitely looks better with Bond Baddie than Kristina would ever be. She's better paired off with someone 'less competitive' this time, than a potential finalist again, after Jason of last year.

After seeing that group dance, I certainly wouldn't rate Colin as a potential finalist! It's way too early to tell, of course, but he looked gangly, awkward and was hunched over, as is inevitable with somebody of his height, I expect.

While I agree that Kristina and Colin are not well matched as to their respective heights, the production team might just have had to live with this one mis-match, in order to get other pairings right.

Erin had been with very tall celebs before so I thought that would be a better match. Yes, Bond Baddie Colin looked awkward on the dance-floor, but I suspect it's because he might not be a latin boy and may still do well in ballroom. Jason last year was beyond dire in the first group dance, and looked what he turned out to be when Kristina worked her magic. A lot of people didn't like him with his expression, but he did improve and in the end turned out a very decent dancer.

I don't get why Louis looked so annoyed to be paired with Flavia? They both didn't even walk to and up the stairs together. I'm annoyed at that because Louis was my favourite

If I was a guy I certainly wouldn't be complaining to be paired with little Flav!

Maybe he was hoping for Ola or Aliona, being blondes - people do like opposites to themselves. Flavia has often said she would like a sportsman for a partner so she must be pleased. Hope they gel during training as I think they'll be a great team.

I dunno - hubbie said so but I think they might be thinking that he needs someone extravert to bring him out of his shell - poor Kris had had the 'comedy' contestant on her debut. Pamela Stephensen stumbled on the stairs on the launch show - so sometimes people can improve - the cricketeer looked more Mark Foster than Mark Ramprakash too.

If he was then he'll realise quickly that Flavia is as good or perhaps an even better bet. I think they're a good match.

My only prob is with Erin and Kristina. They should be the other way round.

I don't think he was annoyed about Flavia, I think he was just nervous. He needs to relax and smile more. It must be a big change from what he has been doing, even though he had to perform in front of a huge crowd in the olympics, he would have to be serious and concentrate. He'll be fine once he gets the first dance out of the way.

On Twitter he was very happy about Flavia and said they were the "dream team".

He does seem so nervous, and scared seeing as he admitted that in the rehearsals video lol

I wanted Erin to get Nicky. It's about time she got someone with potential.

Erin is one of the lovliest people I have ever met, absolutely beautiful inside and out.

I agree and to be fair I don't think Flavia gave him a warm enough greeting. There was no eye contact between them and she let him wander off stage by himself instead of attaching herself to him like the other pros did.

Flavia's a fantastic dancer and seems like a nice girl but I don't think she is that great at having on-screen chemistry with her partners.

Ironic considering she ended up dating a couple of them - it's a bit hit and miss with her - I think she was ok was could be expected with Tarby, had zero chemisty with Phil Daniels and just didn't gel with Craig Kelly at all. I thought her and Russell had a great Will and Grace thing thouugh.

I like the Kimberley and Pasha pairing, and the Brendan and Victoria pairing. I like Denise but don't like James that much so as a pair I sense I will need more time to like them together (unless James is less cocky this year). Flavia and Lewis might be interesting, as too Vincent and Danni.

I can't tell yet whether Sid and nicky will be good or not, didn't really notice them in the group dance.

A bit of stretching maybe.
