If Kat left how should she leave?
In a black cab? or in a box? |

It could be interesting if they killed her off but I would like to see her leave to start fresh somewhere else without Alfie - unless he decides to leave, then they can go together.

I definitely think that if both Shane and Jessie quit at a similar time like they did in 2005, Kat and Alfie will be given an unhappy exit this time around

I used to like it when there was at least a little bit of violence - it's the Eastend after all! I'm not suggesting as big as when Den, Dennis, Phil etc were at each other's throats, but just a bit more than what there is at the minute. |

It doesn't matter how much tptb destory this couple - they will still leave happily as if nothing ever happened. Kat can sleep her way though all of Walford but in the end, Alfie will forgive her and they'll have the most contrived happy ending ever. It worked in 2005 but no way in hell will it work now - even if Kat is a devoted wife next year and beyond. The damage has been done. However EE just haven't got the balls to put a permanent end to Kat and Alfie. They just won't do it. |

Big Mo has a big vindaloo at the Arjee Bharjee, she goes back to the Vic and does a massive fart just as Kat is lighting a fag, the vic explodes killing Kat, Tyler, Mo, jean and Jack (who just happened to be passing) intantly.

I'd like to see Kat dying.I think it would take a lot of guts for EE to kill such a big character but could be done very well. Either,Kat hits rock bottom and commits suicide, or if her mystery man is Derek, they end up in a very controlling relationship ( could be done completely differently from Zainab and Yusef) and he ends up killing her.

I think if she were to quit they should have Alfie die and Kat pack up with Tommy and go and reconnect with Zoe. |

She realise what a tart she is been and how wrong she has done to Alfie, she confesses that her lover is actually Derek, she decides to ruin his relashionships with Alice, Joey and his Family before leaving with Tommy, for a better life with Zoe in America. Alfie then gets with Roxy and Derek dies when he gets hit by a forklift truck that then explodes and causes a bridge to collapse on him.

As a big fan of Kat from her first stint, I'd sort of like her to get a happy ending, but I wouldn't want it to be with Alfie.
I'd like to see her, post-reveal (I mean the whole reveal) decide to leave the Square to get the help that she needs and make a fresh start. This would include a heart-to-heart with Alfie where she tells him that he will always be her man in the moon, but she has to let him go for both of their sakes, and that she wants him to be happy. |

In my scenario she would get therapy and come to the realisation that her childhood sexual abuse doesn't have to linger over her like a bad smell. She would work through it and start making positive changes in her life and leave when she feels ready to move on from Walford and her 'dirty girl' past. I don't want yet another female character who was sexually abused as a child leaving when their future looks grim.
