Can somebody explain why Vincent (I think that's his name) put his arms around Tracy Beaker in such a strange way - there was no touching of her skin and when they walked off there seemed to be very little connection. I think most of the other dancers gave their partners big hugs and held hands while leaving the floor. Sorry if this has been asked already.

Only thing I could think of is that Dani said Bruce got cold hands when he touched her bare back.

I guess Vincent thought his hands were cold too .... hence why he hugged her like that.

I think it may have been because of the whole thing between her & Bruce before her partner was announced. He put his hand on her back & she visibly flinched, to which Bruce made a comment about his hands being cold which made her look more uncomfortable. I would imagine that Vincent was probably not sure whether her reaction was because of Bruce, or because she was cold & he was trying to avoid making her any more uncomfortable
