Best Twitter application for Android?
Hi,
I have just swapped to an S3 and I'm longing for the Tweetbot application I had on my iPhone. It's obviously not in the Play store, so I wondered what application you recommended for an avid user of lists and multiple accounts? |

Plume is the best one! I loved Tweetbot on my iPhone, and then missed it when I moved onto Android (at first...)
Now, I wish that Plume was on my iPad! It really is the best Twitter client on all mobile platforms and beats tweetbot for me |

Depends on what you want. I use Tweetdeck because it sorts by columns and you can setup searches in columns as well. You can swipe across the columns or re-arrange them and obviously get notifications for any searches or columns.
You can set the update time and type of alert for each column as well. I love Tweetdeck (although the new non Adobe AIR version sucks big time for desktops) |

People should give Tweet Lanes a try
https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...=search_result Simple put its like the above mentioned but I find a much simpler interface and very customisable! |

I've been around a few and stuck with Ubersocial for the reason it displays all unread tweets not just the last 100 or 200, I can check twitter at night and not check it again to the following night and all my unread tweets are there, no gaps in timeline etc, add to that image preview and decent notifications its the best client for android in my opinion.

Tweetings for Android I think https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...weetings&hl=en
It's optimised for both phone and tablet and has streaming support |
