I remember my first glimpse was watching James Martin in Series 3 who i then loved...been hooked ever since! Before then i was into X-Factor and by series 3 of that had had enough and was bored!

Since then every Saturday night has revolved around it . even missed an hour of my works Xmas do finding out what happened in the vote-gate semi final with Tom (my fave) and Lisa/Rachel!

I've watched it from series 1! As the weeks went by, Christopher Parker stayed in. I don't vote on the show much nowadays, but then I voted to try and stop Christopher from beating Natasha to the trophy. Luckily common sense prevailed.

Watched it from the very first episode and not missed one series, Sports Relief or other charity special and all the Christmas specials too. Having a mum who comes from a ballroom dancing generation (one of her boyfriends was a champion dancer) and having a lovely uncle who with my mum, taught me to dance (a bit and not very well), I have always loved dancing. My mum is now 90 and I have to phone her after every Strictly to discuss the dances and dancers and then after the results show so we can (usually) moan about who stayed in! Love it, love it, love it!!
And love the Strictly forum too!
