Having to restart my iPad

Hi all

Over the last few days, my iPad has just stopped working. I'll try and load something on YouTube and it will load for ages before saying that the video cannot be uploaded, or I will try using safari and it will say its loading and then nothing happens. And this happens with other apps too.

I then switch if off and back on again and it will be fine.

The software is up to date.

Ultimately after turning it back on it does work fine but I am concerned that this is happening. Any thoughts ideas? I hope it's not on the way out as its only 9 months old

Have you tried a reboot? ie holding both buttons for several seconds until you see an Apple logo?

Yes I've done that and it does resolve the problem but then it just happens again. It's just done it again after about 30 minutes of normal function.

If its only 9 months old is it still under warranty if it is take it into an Apple store and they will test it for faults. If faulty they will replace it.

Have you tried resetting your wireless router?

Try seeing if turning on Airplane mode for a couple of seconds has the same effect as a reboot. Could be just a hanging wifi connection.
