Is this a virus?
I have an old Nokia 3210. I hardly use it so it does for me.
I have just received a text message (from whom I do not know). In the list of text messages the title reads >pers When I try to view it - all I get it the Erased message and the dustbin picture. I cannot view it or get rid of it. Is this a virus? What should I do next? thank you |

It won't be a virus, I don't think they can infect 3210's.

I had that last week on my 3310, it wouldnt let me delete, and turning the phone on and off didnt work.
In the end i had to take out the battery and reset the handset, but like you, i lost saved messages, thank god it is just a back up!! SaZZy xx |

There is only one mobile virus and it only infects BlueTooth-enabled SymbianOS handsets (THESE PHONES). Also all it does is make your battery die faster by continously copying it self over BlueTooth.
