Not one of my early favourite couples, but it was hard not to fall in love with the strict and good humoured Jerry on the Strictly Come Dancing launch show.

I'm not suggesting that Jerry is a dominatrix and that Anton will be involved in anything improper behind closed doors, but it will be interesting to see how this dancing partnership develops and who will end up wearing the trousers.

Well, if the article has any truth to it, this should be a fun pairing. I quite like Jerry and Anton.

I don't think Anton will be able to stop Jerry having her ciggy breaks, but it will be fun to see how they get on.

Only a week to go now until we see Anton and Jerry take to the Strictly dance floor.

Not long now until we see how Jerry is getting on with her dancing. I think she might be quite good if she wants to be.

I have no idea of Jerry's personality, but it has been said that she is very down to earth. I hope that side of her emerges rather than a pose-y, model trait. I got the feeling that Nancy was only in the competition for the TV exposure and the general attention that goes with being on SCD. I would dearly have liked her to have been partnered with Brendan , but I guess Production realised that she needed handling with kid gloves. I do not agree that he tried to turn her into a joke - she did that all by herself.
So I am crossing my fingers that Jerry steps up to the mark, Anton deserves better partners than he has been given in the last couple of series.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed Jerry will step up to the mark too.

The practice of the chacha seems to be going well. They do appear to be getting along well too.

Yes its all looking good, I think we will have to wait until tomorrow to see that though unfortunately.

Jerrys problem seems to be that she wants to get by with just posing and very little else. Perhaps its time for Anton to get tough though that isnt his thing.

I do hope that she gets the message before she gets voted off. She could do it easily if she put her mind to it.

It might be hard for Anton to get tough with someone as strong willed as Jerry, but I hope he does.
