Get Ready Get Set from their last album

That song had the potential to be massive, I wonder why they chose to record and release "30 Days" instead, its no where near as good.

There are a lot of songs that The Saturdays should have released, from "On Your Radar" they should have released:
Faster, Get Ready Get Set, Do What You Want With Me, White Lies and I Say Ok.

From other albums they should have released Lies, Puppet and One Shot.
Unbelievable that their management has made so many mistakes, they could have been huge by now if they'd picked the right songs.
But I guess there isnt anything that can be done about it now.

Chasing Lights as a single.

Why they chose Forever Is Over to launch their album on was definetly mind boggling! the fact one of Busted wrote the song doesn't mean its any good.

Wordshaker, One Shot & Lose Control were the singles from that album (Ego aside)

I think:
B-Sides: Golden Rules
Wordshaker: Here Standing, One Shot, Wordshaker
Headlines: Puppet, Karma, Died In Your Arms
All had potential to be hits.

Get Ready, Get Set could have been absolutely massive. I really think they missed their chance with that one. White Lies and Faster were obvious singles choices too (although Faster maybe sounded too similar to Alexis Jordan's Happiness).

I wouldn't blame it on 30 Days though. They were all ready to go with The Way You Watch Me for the fourth single, so Get Ready, Get Set probably wouldn't have been released anyway. I'm just annoyed at My Heart Takes Over and Notorious being singles, they're two of the weakest songs on the album.

Completely agree! This, Faster, or Promise Me would have been my choices. No point in abandoning an underperforming album when it can be salvaged in favour of rushing and badly timing a follow up (See: 30 Days chart performance and the fact it essentially used On Your Radar's lettering and picture scheme).

I am a massive The Saturdays fan but I have to agree that the single choices have been absolutely awful! I will list what I think should have been singles from each album.

Chasing Lights: Chasing Lights
Wordshaker: Lose Control, No One, Open Up, Not Good Enough
Headlines: Karma
On Your Radar: Faster, Get Ready Get Set, Promise Me, White Lies, Last Call

All of the above would have been awesome singles! When I think about it, I think The Saturdays have recorded some really good song.
If I was The Saturdays manager I would have released the singles in this order.

Chasing Lights: Up, Work, Issues and then Chasing Lights
Wordshaker: Ego, Here Standing, Lose Control, Open Up, No One, Not Good Enough
Headlines: Higher, Karma, Missing You
On Your Radar: All Fired Up, Get Ready Get Set, White Lies, Faster, Promise Me, Last Call

And I would not have release 30 Days.
I have to say Forever Is Over and 30 Days must be the worst songs they have ever recorded.
I'm looking forward to new music now, hopefully they'll get it right with there next album.

The imaginary one where there is a blank disc with a marker pen saying the Saturdays written on it. You then put the disc in and there is no music playing. How wonderful.

I disagree with almost all the suggestions, I don't think their management has made THAT many mistakes thus far, in reality I think their single choices have been solid. They do have several great album tracks which could have been used and probably would have been as successful as those which were released but I doubt it would have made that much of a difference to their overall success.

I think most of their single choices have been pretty good so far, however I would have led of Wordshaker with Ego, with Lose Control as the second single & Wordshaker as the third. I'd probably swap Notorious with Get Ready, Get Set, too (urgh, such an awkward title for an excellent track).

I think they should have released:

Chasing Lights: Set Me Off, Chasing Lights, Why Me, Why Now, Fall
Wordshaker: Lose Control (maybe as a tie-in with the St Trinian's 2 release as that song was on the soundtrack), Not Good Enough, Open Up, Here Standing, One Shot (although that would have been compared a lot to Britney Spears' Stronger), Wordshaker
Headlines: Karma, Puppet
On Your Radar: Get Ready, Get Set, Last Call, Promise Me, The Way You Watch Me, Faster, I Say Ok
B-sides: Unofficial, Golden Rules, I Can't Wait, Had It With Today, Not That Kinda Girl, Turn Myself In
