Out of all the Doctor Who DVDs released Matt Smith era is the ones ive refused to buy because if your cutting them out you might as well just keep the ones that aired through tv. Yes they have shrinked titles but at least they are complete.

The 'Next Time' section is literally advertising to keep people intrigued until next week. It is not part of the episode (even though it is aired just before the credits). If you think it is a necessary part of the episode, I think you're in the vast minority there.

It seems a little disingenuous to boycott the purchase of a set of DVDs for something that neither improves nor decreases the value of the actual show. It would be repeating the same few clips for advertising that is not needed. It also shows more care and attention by them being removed - instead of just 'copying and pasting' the episode wholesale, they actually take out the unnecessary parts as they transfer them to a different media.
