Hi,

well, after purchasing a new TV, I need a stand to complete it.

I had this in mind, its simple and straigh forward.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Premier-HF00...cmu_pg__header

what i would like is something like this

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sonorous-EVO...19736&sr=1-168

but looking at the price gives me a heart attack.

can anyone recommend any other ones?

I would like a wooden one, but they cost around £400. which looks like a cabinet, etc...draws, doors with tinted glass which open and slide in...

i didn't bother buying a new stand for mine, i already had a CRT stand, it's rugged and stops it falling down, so it works for me

I do want to keep mine, but the family is like..."get a new one"...like money grows on trees...maybe it does, next to the tree of life, there is the tree of money

Not a stand but this will not break the bank.

What's the problem again? Ebay is full of cheap gear from China.

The Plasma Centre has a ridiculously large range of cantilever stands. Perhaps this one coming soon would salve your financial soul?

Hi There,

I have the first stand in your post. It's a very good stand for the money. Just bear in mind if you wanted to use PC speakers for your TV and place them on the shelf underneath you have a height limit of 8 inches.

otherwise a cracking looking stand great for the money.

I would love to get that, but its too pricey for me and I can live with the one I have ordered.
