It is a said state of affairs in Neighbours that only one character was really around in Nell Mangel's era of 1986-1988 (Paul Robinson) and Lou (sort of ) popped up briefly in 1988.

Also Vivean Gray lives (or did) in Shoreham by Sea near Brighton. I wonder if she might of passed away judging by the randomness of her name being mentioned in Neighbours after such a long time, as a sort of tribute.
