Usually at this point we'd have some NSA books and it's kind of a shame that with the formatting of Series 7, we'll probably have to wait until next year for them. Personally I would've done something like this ...

September 2012

Book 1: Eleven Solo
Book 2: Eleven/Amy/Rory
Book 3: Eleven/Vastra/Jenny

December 2012

Book 4: Eleven/Canton
Book 5: Eleven/Amy/Rory*
Book 6: Eleven/River*

* Set between A Town Called Mercy and The Power Of Three
* Set after The Angels Take Manhattan.

April 2013

Book 7: Eleven/Clara
Book 8: Eleven/Clara
Book 9: Eleven/Clara

July 2013

Book 10: Eleven/Clara
Book 11: Eleven/Clara
Book 12: Eleven/Clara

Of course, now that they've left deliberate gaps in the Doctor's history and his travels with Amy and Rory, there's plenty of space to slot in alone-adventures and even other-companion adventures...

Yeah, interesting.

It's the one out of the three books I actually want to buy.

That's very interesting, looking back at the image of The Doctor in 7b.
