Delighted there's going to be an interview with Jenna-Louise Coleman in the issue as well as ones with Karen Gillan and Arthur Darvill.

You know what would make me buy Doctor Who magazine? Naked photo shoots with Amy Pond and the Coleman twins.

I haven't brought DWM for a couple of months, have we had a Mary Tamm tribute yet?

The latest edition had a small piece, I believe. Full tribute in the pipeline, hopefully.

No. It will be in a future edition, according to last months issue. It'll be in a quiet month I'd imagine, not one when there are episodes on air.

It had a two thirds of 1 page obituary, there will be a much larger one later on I'd imagine.

Hmm... alas, i don't think the BBC would sanction Coleman's baubles going out on air now she's in Doctor Who. Matt Smith wasn't even allowed to expose his buttocks to the chill air, if you recall, lest it pervert children. Like they'd have been watching that boring rubbish anyway

The true reason for the delay, editing out all the gratuitous scenes Quite amusing since at the time, her name was hardly mentioned. Now it's "Jenna Louise Coleman's Room at the Top."

Though it would have been a shame if that's what it took to get work a year ago. Anyway, yes, DWM.

No, but given that they did do one for Caroline John fairly quickly, I'd say we'll see one for Mary Tamm in the next issue though.

Is this another of your witty parodies of something only a fourteen year old twit would post?

forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showpost.php?p=61198253&postcount=51

Or just unintentional irony?

It's totally up to you. I know some people keep scrapbooks on the posts of every forum member so they can perpetuate grudges but personally I think that's taking things far too seriously and isnt half tedious. I have no particular agenda or image to convey. I just post what I feel like posting at the time: sometimes serious points, commentary or analysis, sometimes frivolous nonsense and sometimes perhaps sarcasm and people are free to take any of it however they want to.

BTW - If you were offended by the post you quoted I do advise you to put it behind you - I don't give anything here a second thought once I close the page and I really am totally indifferent (and often unaware, as I won't neccesarily even read a thread again) to any offence anyone may take from my comments so really, if you think about it, you're the only one suffering from any 'negative vibes'. So it really is best to let things go, for you own sake.

What on earth are you talking about? Your "fourteen year old" parody post was made at 19:44 and then you posted your request for nude companion photos at 20:26. There was barely more than half an hour between them.

One would hardly need to "keep a scrapbook" to have remembered one having read the first. Your attempt to imply I bear you some grudge, rather than just having a reasonable and spontaneous reaction to your posts, is laughable.

You also posted at least one other request to see nude companions yesterday. You regularly do. It is a very noticeable characteristic of yours. To think that you can post requests for nudity as often as you do and yet only people who keep scrapbooks of your posts notice, is disingenuous and risible.

First you made a joke at the expense of other forum members. Then I made a joke back in return. It's called humour. If you can't take it, don't dish it out.

If you can't see the irony of criticising others for what you see as immaturity whilst simultaneously posting across multiple threads demanding nudey pics of young women on a teatime family drama, that's your problem.

Let me get this right, what you’re actually saying there is that you will continually post sexist, arrogant, patronising, ignorant and unpleasant posts and will take no responsibility for the harm they cause? If so I’m sure you won’t mind when other forum members treat you with as little respect as you choose to show them.

And for what it’s worth, anyone who is totally indifferent to how someone responds one of their posts wouldn’t have posted the reply above, they would have simply ignored it.

FWIW - I read tomtit's post as saying that he finds DWM uninteresting and his "naked photo" quip as him saying that it would take something extreme before he'd change his mind on that.

I could be wrong.

PS - I'm neither defending nor attacking the wording of the post.

FWIW I read it as "I only buy magazines with pictures of naked women in"

I could also be wrong

I know you weren't defending the post, but that (his lack of interest in DWM) was obvious to me. All my post did was point out the hypocrisy of criticising others for being immature in one thread and then using an immature way of communicating in another, half an hour later. (see Points of View thread).

If he chooses to communicate in that way, he shouldn't be surprised when people raise an eyebrow when he takes the mickey out of others for being immature.

Or to take that further "I only see female actresses as interesting and worthwhile of discussion if they have no clothes on", which is as tedious as can be really.

Tom Tit is about right.

I just meant that it seemed more like a gaff in the humour department than anything else to me. If it hadn't have been for the posts following his, I would have just ignored it as a naff joke. It was undeniably well over the good taste line for this particular forum - but that can happen occasionally and it wasn't so bad as to make it seriously offensive.

If I thought that someone was making a habit of tending towards lewdness, I'd contact the mods so they could ask them to tone it down in future - unless it was someone I regard as a mate and felt it okay to pm them with constructive criticism.
