Dan is completely inept when it comes to winning jury votes. His final speech just dug the hole further. Real schoolboy stuff from supposedly one of the greatest ever. His strategy did not involve winning jury votes whatsoever.

I loved BBUSA this year, is survivor worth a watch? I watched 10mins of the first episode and switched it off cos it was starting to remind me of I'm A Celeb, but might give it another go. Opinions?

I'd give it a go a bit longer, though I have found that many Survivor casts (maybe 50% even) aren't good enough for me to persevere right towards the end. The returning contestants seem the most interesting right now for me in this one. It's way more ruthless and also tougher I suspect than I'm a Celeb which I haven't watched much of. Every episode has an elimination so it's all about alliances and trying to well....survive.

How can the only BB US player ever to win 7-0 be inept at getting jury votes. He even got Jerry to vote for him!

. His jury speech lost him Jenn's vote, not an easy task when she started by calling Ian a rat!
