BT have sent an email out to everyone who signed up to be updated, it has a picture of Dr Who on it and reads "Travel Back in time with YouView from BT".

They go on to say that it will launch on the 26th of October and that anyone who gets the email can join a week early, from the 19th of October.

The box will be £49 and you will need to renew your TV and Broadband contact. However it only says "access to 74 channels including 4 in HD, and access to our huge on demand library, all in one easy box"

So no clue on "live" channels as of yet!

Just checked and the other thread was created at 16:41 (before yours) . Once they are merged we can discuss all in one place.

Its very interesting that in the BT press release, BT are promoting one of the features of there new box being you can get NOW TV from Sky.

Make you wonder are BT going to allow Sky to give access to Sky Sports and Movie channels through NOW TV and not need to provide it themselves.

Very interesting.
