this, really. every panel needs a `hate figure` and tulisa seems to fill the gap that cheryl left behind. many of the reasons sited in this thread are rehashed arguments from when cheryl was on the panel.

i actually like tulisa, she helped `little mix` win last year and took the mentoring role seriously. last year she spent considerable time at the house and worked closely with her acts. granted she is not the greatest singer and some of the personal choices she has made have been questionable. ultimately though, they are not really credible reasons to doubt her ability in terms of her role.
