what network do I get
I am getting a phone for my daughter for christmas , its only going to be a £30 phone as she is only 11, but what network do I get it on?
I am on T-mobile, but the very old one, 12p msg and not even sure what my phone calls are, but I dont use it that much, my husband is on orange, but he doesnt pay for his (through work) So I was thinking price wise it might be better to use one of these, ???? for cheap text and phone calls, does this still exist. What do you recommend, she will probably be making short phone calls at weekend, and text DOUBT SHE WILL HAVE IT IN THE DAY.. Thanks in advance chelle |

Virgin Mobile have a reputation of being quite cheap, especially (in my experiance) for their phones (www.virginmobile.co.uk) however networks like o2 do really good text deals for their online tarrifs (www.o2.co.uk). I'd shop around all the networks and just compare her needs to their offers.
In general id say Orange are the best network but the most expensive, T-Mobile cheapest but the signal is a bit dodgy in some places. I'm on o2 and have only had one problem but that has gone now and am enjoying 300 free texts a month (http://shop.o2.co.uk/choosetariffs bottom one). |

Try o2 with there Pay as you Go internet deals. You can get lots of free texts (up to 1000 a month I think) if you top up with at least £10 per month

Virgin for sure. They are doing a reconditioned Panasonic G50 for £35 with £5 free credit. (on their website)
Its one of the smallest girliest phones I have seen and a bargain at £35 - its normally £90. (on their website) I've bought lots of recon stuff from them. The phones look brand new. Same warranty and box and manuals etc.
