Louis/Tulisa/Gary/Nicole is not working. It's separating Nicole too much from the rest of the panel and doesn't capitalize on Nicole's previous chemistry with Louis.
I have a feeling the only reason she's not in Kelly's old seat is because there's some bizarre tension between her and Tulisa, but goodness, can't they have it be Nicole/Louis/Tulisa/Gary? a simple thing as seating can make a huge difference.
