Jaymi from Triple J is gay
Before any of you start - no, it doesn't matter and I personally couldn't care less about the boy's sexuality. Now that's out the way, I was recently on Twitter and someone posted a video of Jaymi from Triple J (the one with the black hair) performing at Pride 2010. Me being nosey, I decided to do a little snooping and came across his old Myspace account, and he clearly identifies as gay under the orientation category. Now, as a young, attractive boyband, they're going to thrive on the female teen vote. My question is, do you think he'll be encouraged to hide his sexuality? Would him being openly gay lose them the fanciability factor and therefore votes?
Think back to Austin (who was allegedly gay) and Simon purposely trying to deceive the public with his comment about the backing dancers. Austin was evidently uncomfortable, but Simon insisted that he had a crush on one of them. There's also the whole Danyl debacle - Simon was evidently fuming when Dannii "outed" him on live TV (which actually only arose in response to Danyl changing the lyrics of a song to reference a girl, when there was really no need to considering he was openly gay) In fact, the judges have already made reference to girls "loving" Triple J at their audition. I don't know, I would just hate for the boy to be pressured into being something he's not. I don't see the point anyway, there's plenty of evidence that proves he's gay, which is bound to come out if he makes the live shows. Here's his Myspace, if any of you are interested: http://www.myspace.com/jaymisexpot |

I couldn't give a monkeys either, but I checked the other lads' accounts and they are most definitely straight. Not that it matters, not one bit. I only care enough to snoop and write a post on a public website. Honestly, IT DOESN'T MATTER and I DON'T CARE, just wanted to let you know they are definitely straight

On the topic of Austin, btw, has there ever been any proof that he is actually gay?
I know a gay website claimed he was openly gay, but he point blank denied this |

I am sure I heard somewhere that they were all gay. They were formally part of a boyband called Rewind and they performed at one of the pride events. I know that doesn't mean anything but I though I'd let you know.

Thats just like me saying that I think you're a stereotyping idiot, going by your post (which I would never say, ofcourse, im just pointing out the ridiculousness of your post).
If that's stereotyping then so be it |

It's extremely rare for a guy to have a really feminine voice and be straight

What was the first reason why people thought Alan Carr was gay when he became famous?

This is interesting given how on American X Factor recently, Simon told Don Philip that it wouldn't matter a jot in the business if he was gay- yet if what's been posted above is true then he's tried to hide the homosexuality of his acts in the past.

Someone needs to cache that before it's inevitably removed.

My gaydar was spot on again! Yeah if they get through to lives ( does anyone know if they do ) then he will be advised to hide his sexuality. It's like Louis from 1D, my sister was 2 years above him st school and beleive me when I say, he was gay back then. Homosexuality isn't like a lightbulb that you can just turn off when you like, although managers like to think otherwise
