A bit early for me but here's how I think next years BRITS could go

Best British Male Solo Artist Not sure about this one to be honest; I'd love Ben Howard to win but I don't think he will. As long as Conor Maynard doesn't get a nomination I'm not too fussed to be honest

Best British Female Solo Artist Emeli Sande has this in the bag if you ask me. I expect Jessie J and Rita Ora will be nominated as well

Best British Breakthrough Artist I think Rita Ora has this one to be honest, 3 #1's in the same year is very impressive

Best British Group The Vaccines will hopefully win this, their new album has been one of my favourites of the year. As long as One Direction and Little Mix stay clear of the winner's podium this is another one I'm not all that fussed about

Best British Single Public voting will most likely mean "Live While We're Young" will get this. I reckon Wings (Little Mix), Call My Name (Cheryl), RIP (Rita Ora), Next to Me (Emeli Sande), Domino (Jessie J), Young (Tulisa) and Black Heart (Stooshe) will all get nominated

British Album of the Year Sales would dictate Emeli Sande would get this award which I wouldn't mind

Best International Male Solo Artist I really don't know about this one no one immediate springs to mind but I reckon JB will get it.

Best International Female Solo Artist Rihanna will get this again I think but Pink, Nicki Minaj and Lana Del Rey could give her a run for her money. I wouldn't be surprised if Carly gets a nomination here either

Best International Group The Script, Maroon 5 and Fun seem the most obvious choices to win here. Don't know which one will do it. I'd love it if Green Day managed to get it though

Best International Breakthrough Fun. should win this one I feel

What about the award for contribution to British music. As i would like to see Shakin' Stevens get it but i doubt that would happen

I'd like Ben Howard or Richard Hawley and I think the other nominees are probably Plan B, Mika and Robbie Williams?

I predict Emeli, Marina, Paloma, Rita and Rumer to be up for Best Female. If not Rumer, then maybe Ellie Goulding or Leona Lewis.

I predict Lana, Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, Pink and Taylor swift for International female. Lana or Pink likely walking away with it. Lana has already bagged International breakthrough. If noti Taylor, then maybe Madonna or Nelly Furtado.

I predict Rita, Aiden Grimshaw, Jessie Ware as three potential Best British Breakthrough nominess

I predict Our Version Of Events, Ill Manors, Fall To Grace as three potential Best British album nominees.

Ben Howard would be a great winner but was Every Kingdom released too early in 2011 to be eligible in 2013? Or has the rule linking nominations to album release dates been dropped?

Best British Group could throw up a different kind of winner to the traditional guitar band winner- Rizzle Kicks?

As long as Emeli Sande picks up at LEAST one Brit Award then I'll be happy, because definitely the year has belonged to her. Also a performance at the ceremony would be ace!

I agree. She barely got mentioned last year despite getting the critics choice. I love her album, I hope she gets something.

As much as I like them....Little Mix and 1D will not be up for 'Best Group', the Brits tend to favour guitar led/indie bands in those type of categories and avoid pop groups. They'll probably be up for Best Single...that's about it.

Even Leona may be snubbed....as she is an XF act.

The likes of Emeli, Plan B, Mumford & Sons, Ellie Goulding etc will be nominated!

I've got a feeling that they'll give One Direction loads of awards, The Brits has a history of giving big new artists all the awards (most notably Craig David and The Darkness in the last decade)

I don't think so...they'll win if the award is fan voted though.

Aren't the "Best Single" nominees just the biggest selling British songs of the year? In that case you can rule out the likes of 'Wonderful' by Angel.

It'll probably be an Emeli Sande Appreciation Night.

Hoping Plan B gets some noms for his Ill Manors work, though.
