You're probably on Premier then if that's the case. I've not been on it myself, but any reviews I've read about it invariably say wtte of it's like speaking to another network, so make of that what you will.

For my part, Orange customer service is better now than it was when I had a contract with them. Faint praise possibly, considering the horror stories I could tell, but it's worth saying - particularly considering the star I got through to a few weeks back (granted, she had to clear up the mess a previous CSR who'd blatantly lied had caused (and before I get jumped on, he did lie - she checked the call recording), but hey ho - she resolved the issue, and did it well, which deserves praise).

With regards to the OP;

What would everyone reccomend? What are Orange like signal wise?”

If you're confident with handling your phone - Three will be perfectly fine, the 3G signal is great and speedy, and for any complex queries you can email them (that's what I do and I've never had any problems with resolutions).

As for Orange signal - same as T-Mobile, as they share each other's networks. The main differences between them will be tariffs, customer service and Orange Wednesdays.

Although Three do share the MBNL network with EE, Three also have one hell of a lot of their own Three only cells as well. MBNL are also installing another 4000 Three only cells in the coming year. Non of these will be accessible to EE. Depending on where you live, Three could be better for you. Personally I'm staying with EE as I do now think their CS is better, there's Orange Wednesdays and a Femto cell coming soon (which I badly need). Three do a Femto already but apparently convincing them you need one is a right bugger
They only give them out to people who can convince them they have no signal at home whereas as far as I can make out the EE Femto will be freely available like the Vodafone one.

02 and Vodaphone are the 2 networks I wouldn't touch with a barge pole.

Who cares really? O/0 , most people say O77etc when calling out a phone number so no wonder some think the O translates as zero when written down. Better things in life to get your knickers in a twist about!
