You're probably on Premier then if that's the case. I've not been on it myself, but any reviews I've read about it invariably say wtte of it's like speaking to another network, so make of that what you will.
For my part, Orange customer service is better now than it was when I had a contract with them. Faint praise possibly, considering the horror stories I could tell, but it's worth saying - particularly considering the star I got through to a few weeks back (granted, she had to clear up the mess a previous CSR who'd blatantly lied had caused (and before I get jumped on, he did lie - she checked the call recording), but hey ho - she resolved the issue, and did it well, which deserves praise).

If you're confident with handling your phone - Three will be perfectly fine, the 3G signal is great and speedy, and for any complex queries you can email them (that's what I do and I've never had any problems with resolutions).
As for Orange signal - same as T-Mobile, as they share each other's networks. The main differences between them will be tariffs, customer service and Orange Wednesdays.
