She is one hell of a stunning creature isnt she! I love her latino fire in her soul, she is a beautiful, powerful woman with curves in all the right places! But the show on the whole, amazing. Defo one of my fave shows, which means that waiting for it to air here isnt an option, I must watch at US pace, Im far too impatient and weakwilled

Ah right - I'm planning on watching it online tomorrow.
That's good that the UK don't have to wait long.

A to the Men! One of the first things I am going to do in the morning is go on to a website and stream it (I dont download it).
Over the last month and half or so, I have gone through all three seasons a few times, and then other fave episodes as well, so I am gagging for some new Modern Family. Not sure if spoilers tags are needed but...

Spoiler

Absolutely am like you i'm planning to do the same thing and have also worked my way through the three series over the last few months (again via online streaming). I'm sure it will be uploaded quickly because Desperate Housewives always used to be available to watch the next day. That's not really a spoiler either because it was announced at the end of Series 3.

I do hope that it will be uploaded fast, I remember getting back into Nikita and towards the end of the season 2 I was watching it the next day, so with a bigger show like Modern Family, it must be there I would imagine, and I suppose the spoilers werent really needed, but sometimes on here, some info just slips through (although its through my weakwilled-ness to not get some information about a show I really like... and then regret reading it! Happened too many times)

I love both of these shows, easily my favourite American shows atm.

I only started watching Modern Family back in July and I've managed to watch every episode so far.

You should probably ask for this to be a UK Pace thread, although being shown so close to the US date I doubt many people will watch at US pace.

Not a spoiler as it was revealed at the end of last season.

I wasnt aware of how far or how much of the show has been shown here, so didnt want to spoil anything is all. Better to have possible spoilers hidden if you dont know what pace people are upto. I know I would of hated to of found out that Gloria was pregnant from a forum, rather then finding it out on the last part of the episode that had human emotion in bundles.

Not that i advocate such things, but it's generally "out there" in both SD and HD flavours less than an hour after it's aired in the US

I'm quite surprised people still download when it's going to air here a few days later. I don't bother if it's airing within a few weeks here. Partly as I feel I should reward the broadcasters for airing US shows quickly (not that they know I'm watching their station ) and partly out of laziness.

Even if it's in HD downloads, it's a real pain to get downloadeds shows on my big TV these days. The uploaders changed the download format and so my network-linked Blu-ray won't play them any more. My laptop doesn't find my media share half of the time, so it ends up requiring conversion or burning to discs. It becomes a big ordeal so I usually can't be bothered..

Is the Middle any good? I thought the advert looked interesting and it stars the janny from Scrubs so I didn't think I could go too far wrong but I've heard people say it's too similar to Malcolm In the Middle which I loved. Anybody help a brother out?

I absolutely love the Middle, my son is like a mixture of the 3 kids. The Middle and Miranda are the only programmes that the whole family sit down to watch together.

It doesn't split the atom or reinvent comedy, but its really funny and notices the funny things that happen in day-to-day life. If you've got kids you'll love it.

I never saw Malcolm in the Middle so I can't compare but give it a try.

Imagine Malcolm in the Middle on tranquilizers and that's The Middle...it's nice, cute, enjoyable but try not to compare it with Malcolm cause it doesn't even come close.

Re Modern Family S04E01

Spoiler
Definitely the funniest part of the episode.

Going to re-watch it again later since I wasn't fully concentrating earlier on.
