Wonder who they will replace her with? Maybe Karen seeing as shes still associated with the show

They should ask Katya although they might not want to

I thought the same. Yay hats!

But I do hope it's not serious. I also hope she takes advice and doesn't do permanent damage.

Her face is funny though. . It does look like the cameraman is saying "look sad Aliona, no sadder than that"

Oooh, nooooo! Oh, poor Aliona and poor Johnny . Be interesting who they bring in. Is there enough humble pie they could eat to persuade Katya??

Wow Aliona really wasn't happy to get Johnny was she -throwing herself down the stairs like that

Given that katya is at the moment filming, i doubt that katya comes back sadly. Karen Hardy can't because she has other commitments. Don#t know whom they could use as a replacement.

Oh god dreadful thought, isn't Lacey Schwimmer rumoured to be choreographing for the show, they may get her

I had the same thought and didn't want to say in case I made it happen!

she only choreographed one (or maybe 2) pro dances and is back in the USA now. Presumably they will be able to find someone in the UK to fill in for Aliona.

Must be very dissappointing for Aliona and Johnny

Camilla or Lilia perhaps? I have to agree with those who said, please not Lacey Schwimmer.

Lilia would be the right height for Johnny and I think she would suit him more

Zoe with Ian as a training assistant?

Except that Lilia was basically pushed out and may not want to come back for a week, whereas Camilla chose to leave of her own accord once she finally won so may be more willing to make an appearance. Still, I'd be happy with either of them.

But it would represent a way back for the Bennets- and how they are missed on the show

Plus isn't Camilla still with Calandar Girls - as well as being 5ft 8 to Johnny's 5ft 9

Oh, I so agree with that. I really wish they'd bring back the Bennetts, Ian and Matt.

Poor Aliona! What a time to happen. If she's out four weeks, that might be the whole run for her... Much as I love Johnny (which is lots), he's not likely to be one of this year's finalists.

It's a serious problem for them all though. Not only had she just finished the CCC with Johnny, she and Pasha have just got their first solo routine mapped out. Poor Aliona most of all -- it must be so disheartening, not to mention painful. And she'll feel she's letting folk down too.

Oh, could they stretch a point and have Zoe dance with her dad? I know she's not professional. I'm being sentimental --- Ah, just seen Susan Howarth had same thought (with a lurvely addition)

My immediate thought was Lilia, which I posted on the other thread.

She'd be an excellent tempoary replacement.

Or what about Nicole Cutler

But Lilia would be great - the old guard PTB have gone
