Mobile issues- CPW
Hi guys and glas,
My contract phone got stolen earlier this year, so i just cancelled my old sim and put it in a new phone i bought from the CPW. The phone in question is a Nokia Lumia 710, about two weeks after i bought it; it stopped recieving sms so i had to take it back to the CPW who replaced it straight away. Now it is brok again as it will not charge, I've tried three different chargers and tried my pc. My question being will the CPW replace it again? It's about 6 months old if that!? I can't be without a phone due to medical issues etc,,, Thanks, John |

By law it’s guaranteed for 12 months from defects so they should at the least repair it although some of these large chain shops think they are above the law and try to fob you off by saying its some thing you have done to it and not a fault of the manufacturer or another favourite one is to say that the battery is not covered by guarantee.
I am not tarring CPW with this particular brush as when I have used them they have been OK but until you return the phone and see what they have to say we can’t make further comment. |
