Will this ever be released for the P990 version of the phone? I understand the SU 660 variant has been updated to ICS.

It is now out in the UK for sim free phones - the version is V30A. Phones that are locked in to a specific carrier will have to wait until that carrier decides that they are willing to put the update out.

I think my phone is sim free but I cannot get the LG update tool to recognise that an update is available unless I uninstall and then reinstall the drivers. Then it gets so far, stops and asks me to contact LG which I have done and they simply say keep trying!

So has anyone in the UK managed to install the official LG update using the LGMobile support tool?
