Louis made a mistake!!!
He should have not picked the two boy bands. Think he should have picked one only. Then the dancers over the rapper and the girl group coz they brought something new as they can dance and sing. Then one of the beatbox groups, bit more edgy. Not the two boy bands. We have one direction, don't need another similar band.

The producers obviously want to find another One Direction
All that will happen is that they'll split the vote. I can almost guarantee that one will be in the bottom 2 in Week One. Perhaps both. |

GMD3 are annoying and pretty lackluster singers.
Union J, IDK, we've barely heard them, but they sound better than GMD3. |

Missed opportunities. Louis can't see beyond 'boybands', he's very limited in his thinking. Tulisa would have made some good choices if given the bands. Two identikit One Direction clones is just pointless.

The group are the strongest they have ever been. Apart from adding that George guy, this is the first year I remember where there are no made up groups. That speaks for itself.

They are both decent and I wouldn't have to let one go particularly (and none of the other groups are potential winners to me), but when you've got two acts like that, so similar, it's kinda mad to put them in there together - they may be ok for the start, but the split vote will hurt them later.

The issue isn't whether they can sing, all the bands are pretty good, but it would just be good to have something different, but Louis 'boyband' Walsh, just won't let it go. We've got the Wanted, JLS, 1 Direction. I'm sick to death of boybands. He had the chance to go for something different and freshen up the show, but nooo, boybands it is.........again

While im not a fan I can see the twee appeal that GMD3 have, but Union J aren't anything we haven't seen before and better. Times Red should have got through.

I'm guessing he was told to hold one of the good groups back to maximise public voting.
Votes equal cash and that's what it boils down to on XF, right? |

Louis doesnt have the final say over who goes through - Simon does.
