Are the ratings good enough for the Tuesday 9pm slot? No. Should it be put on a break? Hell no! Just move it to another night. It could affect ratings for other imports on the channel if they carry on like this.”

Well this is very disappointing news.
So after next week (which will be episode 10/23) they've just decided to stop showing it?! Ridiculous decision. I wonder if they'll ever show it on C5 or just send it over to 5USA or something?! It'll be released on DVD before they've got round to showing it at this rate. And like you say, we're massively behind the US transmission too. I'd love to know the reason they've decided to pull it completely. As for last night. Excellent for GBBO. I've never seen the show so no idea what all the fuss is about. But Holby City still put in a very good showing. Mamma Mia rated very bad. Strong for EE too and Emmerdale did well considering everything fell apart after 19.30.

oops
Countdown is a shadow of its former self, ratings-wise.
