I can just see the awarding body accepting that; having to pay back a contract they signed in goiod faith because the Government moved the goal posts.

It's a difficult balance - money against exposure. The ECB are in a much better state now than they were when terrestrial cash lined their coffers but the sport is being sidelined in the process.






I know it had a Super Bowl boost that time around which may have helped it slightly.
