It isn't "just about", it is possible and openly advertised on their website! I've mentioned this to you before, it's not a penalty but you get discounts on their standard pricing when you bundle services, as with any other service provider. Try to get 30Mb BB or higher for £22.50 without a phone line (which BTW is reduced to £14.50 if you bundle it with their line rental) anywhere else and you'll find you won't be able to.
