I think it means some US dates are at the planning stage...... or, it could be record shop signings as a single and special edition Quarry are about to get a US only release.
Or I could be wrong on both accounts, in which case I'm doomed.

or it could be 3 different ticket prices for the same show - eg seating, standing, restricted view? thats often how they're listed on sites like aloud.com
