You have to remember that as viewers we know its Oliver so we think how can they not realise but if they aren't thinking its someone they know maybe its not as obvious to the other characters or like James says you just have to overlook their stupidity

As for Felicity, like I said earlier, there's no reason why he'd think she worked for Oliver other than in the sense that she works at the company that he took over from his family a few weeks earlier (long after Lance had known about her association with the vigilante).

I know. We have to suspend our disbelief with these types of shows. I wonder if Manu Bennets character has been disfigured now from the fire and if he's now living in the city as another masked character. There's more people wearing masks on this show than on Halloween trick or treat night.

I have read they are planning a Flash spin off but as Arrow appears to be set in the "real world" as The Black Canary needs a sonic device to do The Canary Cry rather than super powers I don't see how they can do it as I hope The Flash is not just some guy who can move fast but still in the realms of reality if they do The Flash I want to see the guy who can run around the entire planet in a few seconds

Barry Allen gained his speed powers in a lab accident so hopefully the tv Flash will do the same
