That conversation between Kurtis and Ragman was a little odd. Are they trying to imply Kurtis has a thing for him? I suppose its more meant to compound Kurtis' bumbling nerd persona - but it just came across as a mixed message.
Perhaps I'm reading too much into it.
If they hadn't already established that Kurtis is married, I'd actually like the idea of a 'will-they-won't-they' between the secondary characters. It'd be far more entertaining that Oliver and Felicity going though all that agiain (as no doubt they probably will).

However, he DOES have a bad case of 'RDJS' - see below part of one of my posts from the
In so many superhero shows/films these days, it seems like half the world is copying Robert Downey Jr's unique acting style - that dry, staccato, deadpan delivery that is SO him (RDJ IS Iron Man!). Actors, this is RDJ's own thing, not your thing - so do your own thing! I'm talking to you, Brandon Routh (Ray), Carlos Valdes (Cisco), Emily Bett Rickards (Felicity), Echo Kellum (Curtis), and others - you know who you are! Others actors in the shows don't do this, and they manage perfectly well? (Every time a new character turns up suffering from RDJS, I think, "Oh gawd, not another..." This certainly isn't an Arrowverse-only disease - Agents of SHIELD is chock-a-block with RDJS! Clean yourself up, Marvel, your virus is spreading...
), this could be the perfect excuse for all these youngsters actually not being very good actors! Felicity is one of the best (or worst?!) examples in Arrow - and even Thea has had her moments?
